Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device display will accurately reflect product colours, appearance, or packaging.

All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

Our products are intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding for pets only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Due to the natural nature of freeze-dried products, slight variations in size, shape, colour, and texture may occur between batches.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud or misuse.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged at checkout is the final price applicable to your order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including shipping and taxes where applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier companies, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

In summary, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind due to the nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
